Sake of Mt. Fuji “Kai no Kaiun”
Ide-Jozoten
Since:Edo
At the end of the Edo period, the 16th Yogoemon of our family started brewing sake, in addition to brewing soy sauce. Upholding a motto of producing sake with a unique yet captivating taste, we brew sake using the abundant pure clear waters from Mt. Fuji on the southern shore of Lake Kawaguchiko at the foot of Mt. Fuji 850 m above sea level, where the climate is cool.
