Water brought by the rich nature of Yamanashi. Yamanashi’s sake is made from the water with advanced techniques and traditions. Mr. Noriko Horiuchi, Deputy Minister of the Environment and Deputy Minister of the Cabinet Office, elected from Yamanashi Prefecture, and Mr. Kitahara Hyogo, Chairman of the Yamanashi Prefecture Sake Brewing Cooperative, had a talk on the theme of “a drop to peace”.
